Course Description

In today's complex and often polarized world, the ability to conduct effective interviews is more crucial than ever. "Interviewing in a Post-Truth Era" is designed for those whose professional responsibilities involve mastering the art of interviewing in an age characterized by misinformation, deep fakes, and rapidly shifting interviewee narratives and perception of what is “true”.   

The course explores the unique challenges and ethical dilemmas posed by the "post-truth" landscape, where facts and opinions are frequently blurred, and truth as an absolute is often contested. Through a combination of theoretical insights and practical exercises, participants will learn techniques for discerning credibility, managing bias, and navigating sensitive topics. The course also covers strategies for fostering trust and asking the right questions to uncover meaningful and accurate responses.
