Course Description

Today's policing profession demands a new and bold approach to Customer-Centric Policing. This eight hour highly interactive course is designed to give the participant an opportunity to discover how the stresses of the policing profession can impact their well-being, their family, organization, and their customers they serve. Embedded throughout this training participants will be challenged in self- awareness, critical thinking, effective communication, and mitigating conflict through instructor lead discussions and breakout sessions.
 
At the completion of this course, the participant will have gained the knowledge, confidence, and tools to become a better communicator and the aspiration to implement these newly acquired skills into  meaningful action, impact, and outcomes both professionally and personally.
