Course Description
This intense course will challenge officers through lecture, discussions, and video footage of fellow officers that have been involved in a shooting.
It will:

Assist the officer in preparation for deadly encounters.

Open the mindset to understanding the obstacles that will be encountered after the shooting.

Provide ideas that need to be in place and already shared to loved ones in the officer's life when the day comes.

Assist officers in preparing for supporting their fellow officer and family after a deadly encounter, or just a use of deadly force encounter.

Allow officers to face reality and challenge themselves, preparing mentally and physically.

Delve deeply into psychological and physiological aspects of a shooting.
At the end of this block of instruction, every student should leave with a stronger commitment to be more dedicated, motivated, obligated and determined to be ready for the fight.
