Course Description

In an interview, the subject possesses actionable information, knows you want to extract that information and is willing to cooperate.

With compliance-gaining interviewing, the subject possessed the actionable information, knows you want to extract the information and is not readily willing to cooperate.

With elicitation, we are communicating with a subject possessing information, not aware you want the actionable information and subsequently shares that information with you.  Within elicitation interviewing, we synthesize the elements of the three contexts into a more synergistic interviewing procedure.
