CJC-5020AZ - SWAT Scenarios

Course Description

This course is designed to test the S.W.A.T. Operative on scenarios that will challenge them on decision making and the use of safe tactics. Operators will also experience teamwork in working as a team to accomplish the mission at hand.

A variety of equipment will be implemented along with smoke, flash bangs, and CS or CN gas will be deployed during some callouts. This is a class for all team members, and for team members that want to gain the edge on fine-tuning their tactics. Operators will be evaluated on the callouts and emphasis will be placed on their performance as an operator and team. There will be scenarios with SIMS and live fire shoot and no shoot situations.

Each team will also debrief each scenario in reference to working on articulating and being able to recall their
actions systematically. This is a demanding, intense, challenging course to take the operators to a higher level tactically.
