CJC-5020AL - Bus Assault/Rescue

Course Description

Bus Assault & Rescue is designed to assist the operators on how to gather specific intelligence on a bus during a critical incident.

It prepares the operator for many options in reference to shutting the bus down, breeching windows, breeching doors, and approaches from many angles. Boarding the target during an assault and many techniques on securing occupants on the bus along with a variety of responsibilities from team members. 

This is an intense two-day course that will make the operator think and work in a team concept. This is not a course where you will just run on the bus screaming with your hair on fire. We will cover many techniques on conducting a rescue under control with sufficient manpower.

A great deal of focus will be placed on safety, speed, and element of surprise. SIMS will also be implemented into this training during scenarios. To know that it works it must be tested.
