This course concentrates on the operational perspectives of law enforcement department budgeting process. 

The emphasis is placed on understanding the budget process, as well the actual development of an operational budget for a medium-sized agency.  The student will be exposed to the various types of budgets, as well as the steps involved in the budget process.
