Course Description

The emphasis in this block of instruction will center on the true and intended purpose of performance evaluation. 

The use of the performance evaluation is to provide managerial, decision-making facts regarding departmental personnel, and knowledge of how the employee is currently fulfilling his/her duties and tasks.
 

How to improve the employees’ performance will be addressed as well as the basis for reward allocations. Feedback from the employee's performance evaluations will be analyzed and discussed by students as well as performance evaluation employee interview.
