Course Description

When it comes to interactions with others, the psychopath has the extraordinary ability to engage, access and influence behavior. This capability is a function of the eleven characteristics of psychopathy. However, these traits are not found exclusively with the psychopath, but moreover, within the population at large – it is all just a matter of degree. The interviewer, also endeavors to engage, access and influence behavior. Consequently, the interviewer who identifies and understands their particular degree for each element, can utilize those selfsame attributes to produce more, favorable interviewing outcomes. The Course Goal is to provide insight into the continuum of the eleven dynamics of psychopathy and how within an appropriate application, these dynamics can enhance the interviewer’s effectiveness.      This class is part of Don Rabon’s Interview Recognition Certificate Program.
